Mrs Lorraine Dyson (f)
Lorraine is the Practice Manager; she is able to deal with any issues you may have with the surgery. The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Administration
Prescription Clerks
The Prescription Clerks process all requests for repeat prescriptions; they are able to help you with any query regarding your medication. The prescription clerks receive regular updates regarding prescribing initiatives and guidelines.
Reception
On arrival at the surgery, you will be greeted by one of your receptionists; if you have made a prior appointment, they will be able to direct you to the appropriate person. They are trained to help you to decide what type of service you need from us. We also have an administration team that deal with incoming post to the practice and keeping our patient records up to date

Julie is the Practice Secretary, she ensures that a smooth flow of information takes place between patient, doctor and hospital. She would telephone you or write to you on behalf of the doctor, and also pass your questions to appropriate doctor.
Pharmacists
Practice Community Pharmacist.
Your medications are reviewed on regular basis by pharmacist and doctors. The Pharmacist may advice on changes in medication, dose of mediation, and request blood tests to monitor effects of drugs.
Medication reviews are generally done in surgery and sometimes at your home.
Community Nurses
District Nurses
District Nurses are available for patients who are housebound due to illness or recovering from major illness and are unable to attend surgery. District nurses are able to arrange the provision of various aids and appliances through social services. You may contact them by leaving a message at the surgery.
